What opportunity cost.

People wanna something, they have to give first. For example, I wanna learn how to handle stress, I trade my time off with taking cold shower everyday.

I afraid of cold shower, but does it hurt me? No, it hurt me nothing but gave me a better immune system.

So in order to do so, sometimes I play a little trick with myself: I open the spring and turn it on to full-blast, and don't give me even second to think. After all, it won't kill me.

My body was under highly stress at first, then, it get used to it. Every time I do so, I couldn't help to laugh, as I feel happy I am alive after the fighting against my head.

Another trading-off I had is meditation. In my head, there are many clutters. I feel difficult to find out who I really are. Meditation helps clean this clutter, but what it cost is spending time do nothing, and observe thoughts in my head shamelessly. Do I care about the time? Yes, I care, but without a clean mind, time is useless. So I trade off the it, with the chance getting into peaceful.

Perhaps that's why people say :"Look at what you want, instead of what you fear."

People who cultivate themselves are business man. As people who wanna strong body, if they don't trade off the fear to be stronger, they won't do it.

People certain lose things when they grow up, as that's what opportunity cost.
